A site specifically targeted to kids under 15? Wow, that's an accident waiting to happen. It basically screams, 'Hey 40 year olds pervs! I'm underage AND have no sense of self preservation!'
If such a site exists, then I feel that it is a really bad idea. It will only make it easier for perverts, sex offenders, and all around freaks to find children to harm and victimize. Atleast with myspace.com everyone is mixed together. No spotlight is specifically focused on kids/teens so it makes it a little more difficult to track people down. This kidzworld.com seems like a problem from the beginning.
I have nothing against myspace, in fact I have one and I'm 14, but a site that's purpose it target young kids? That's messed up.

kidzworld.com = another pervert website...justs makes it easier for them. Nospace is a safeplace
