Blow it off, the more you try to fight it the more they'll say you are. Just focus on being you ...and not your sexual orientation and you can't become as bigoted as those you do all the judging. If you happened to be blond, and they called you dumb blond you'd shrug it off eh? Do the same with this and realize that labels defocus the Value of all people, so maybe your lesson is not to Judge yourself - lest you not be judged.
Besides when you get a boyfriend - it'll blow over...lest he asks for a 3some?

i doid the same thing! i mean, someone jokes around by accusing u of being a lesbian, and then u joke around and say of course i'm a lesbian, u didn't know?? but u'r like kidding, but then the person thinks u'r being serious. I just like screamed that i'm not a ****ing lesbian, and they believed me, but if it's a serious problem, then i would maybe ask someone out, but only if u actually like them, or if u'r really drastic u can make out with a guy in front of them, but that's only if u'r a tramp or something. if u actually care what they think, i would seriously try your best to convince them that u'r not a lesbian!!!

Try getting a boyfriend and be sure that you are seen with him all over town. One shouldn't make jokes about things like that if they don't want to hear what comes next.
