talk to him about how you are feeling and that you would like more time with him, if he doesn't start to improve and make some time for you in a reasonable amount of time then it maybe time for you to split up or move on, because things will only get worse if you get married to him.....

It appears that work with him is all consuming, that is not good. If he doesn't have time now, or cancels time scheduled with you, what makes you think it will change after getting married? The two of you need to talk it out. If he won't find time then tell him the wedding is off until he makes time. Shock him a little bit if necessary. Tell him you feel neglected. If he doesn't have time for a person to person then send him a letter in detail, telling him to make time or else.
Some men are workaholics and you two have two choices, accept them as they are and learn to be alone a lot; or get out of the relationship. If he can't/won't change now then he never will. The time to find out is now not later.

sorry to hear that.. take it as a sign..is this the way u want to live ur life? tell him how u feel and if he doesnt change... leave, tell him u deserve better... nothing is worse than feeling neglected....and if its this way in the beginning it will only get worse... good luck...

Move on my dear. He's NOT equally interested. If a man can not or will not make you feel special, (especially in the courting stage), he will not get better later only worse.
FIND ANOTHER!!

It'll get worse after you're married! If you want companionship, find someone else to marry...
