You should have sex every other day. Try having sex two days before you ovulate. If you have sex on the day you are suppose to ovulate most of the time it is too late. Don't have sex too often because your husband's sperm count would be lower each time. If this doesn't work try using a ovulation kit. Good luck to you

How long have you been trying? With me and a lot of people I know it take up to a year to get pregnant even for the normal woman. I'd wait that year and then go to see if you or he has any fertility problems. Good luck!

Also just a tip but after you have sex, put your butt on a couple pillows and lay down. It lets the sperm flow throough your cervix better. Worked for me twice.

Girl I wish I knew cuz I have the same problem. Have you heard of Pre-Seed? I have it at home and it works wonders for lots of women. Look it up! :) Also, do you know when you ovulate? Normally if you use the OPKs they help out. From what I heard, having sex everyday doesnt make a difference if his sperm count is fine. Good luck!!

How long have you been ttc? If you are under 35 and have been trying for less than a year then don't wory yet. You only have a 25% chance of getting pg every month.

If you have been ttc for more than one year it is time to see a reproductive endocrinologist. There are many medical issues, such as bloacked tubes, unhospitable environment, issues with sperm, PCOS and endo to name a few, that can result in an inability to get pg.

You should have sex every other day. Having sex that often will reduce his sperm count.. you need to give him a day in between to build them soldiers back up!!
Have you tried tracking your basal body temperature, so you are positive when you ovulate?

this website is awesome, if you haven't been there already, a great resource..

here's conception basics:

1)Avoid caffine, it reduces fertility greatly!
2)make sure he wears boxers to keep the boys cool
no hot baths for him, not hot tub for him, again keep the boys cool
3)give him a multivitamin with added zinc, it increases sperm motility and quality
4)every day is overkill, it reduces sperm count. sperm can live for 3-4 days easily inside you
5)relax! stress is the biggest fertility reducer, believe it or not.
6)eat healthy fresh prepared food, pre-packaged foods contain so many preservatives and such that they can reduce your fertility a bit as well.
7)moderate excercise please. go for a vigorous walk, ride a bike. anything that keeps your circulatory system going well is good for your fertility.

It could be that your not producing "quality eggs", meaning you dont have enough folicles each month to produce an egg that can be fertilized. Or it could be a progesterone problem.
I would talk to your dr about testing your progesterone monthly and checking your folies.

It really could be your husband. Try looking into that. Ask the doctor if he can check your husband out. He could have a low sperm count.

Don't think you're supposed to have sex every day. It reduces chances. Only on your most fertile days according to your cycle.
