First, you need to know the nature (cause) of this "rash". It could be indicitive of a more severe problem. Any fevers? See an MD or Dermatologist before you do something that may be a mistake.

Vitamin D oil. Rash, burn, cut, scar, you name it, it will help you out. I got a second degree burn over almost all of the left side of my body a few years ago. I practically bathed in the stuff and you can't tell today.
