Maybe ,because at that moment you were focused on one particular point . It happened to me to find myself helping a wounded young man that had just shot someone and in the fight he got wounded. I focused on what I had learned in my Christian education , help the one in need. I took care of his wounds and although ,i called the Police I was arrested for abetting and now I am awaiting my trial.
It never crossed my mind that I was doing something illegal.
I was trying to save someones life.
