Enrolling into a college that you like and has the RN major available. Taking the prerequisites and required courses like: Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Psychology, Sociology, etc. Speak to their counselor about their RN major requirements in their campus. I am an RN major. That is how I did it. I've taken all my courses to take in order to get into the RN program. I am also wanting to take LVN/LPN as well, since I've completed CNA already. LVN/LPN school's are different because they are private school's and they are 1 year in length. The RN program is 2 years in length and not through a private school.

You have to go to College and study nursing.

Its like getting a Biology Degree but not as hard.

Easier classes and only a little Biology and Chemistry and Math

It probly makes sense to try to be a doctor first, then is you can't do it or party too much on the weekends, then become a nurse instead.

They get like $15 to $30 an hour I think, sometimes even more.

Find a school and sign up to take the NLN and whatever else they have you take to place you in classes. youll also need a recent physical and up to date shots and PPD. Most places have a wait list but dont get discouraged. If you do get waitlisted work as much as possible now because once you are in class thats all youll have time for and working a fulltime job is pretty much out.

Check with a couple nursing schools that you are interested in, talk to them and see what they recommend as preparation. Each school can have different requirements for admission. And admission to nursing schools can be very competitive. Good luck.
