No, please don't do that, have more confidence in your ability to make a good decision, I'm certain that somewhere inside you there is an inkling that one way would be better than the other...
Besides, living with the consequences of your decisions is the most awesome way to grow as a human being and the flick of a coin is best left to decisions of the game-starting kind.
Best of luck~

I toss it but I don't trust that coin enough to go through with the outcome.
It's quite foolish really, to put your trust in a mere coin, so make the decision which seems the wisest. If both alternatives look attractive, then turn to someone who's judgement you can trust, and get advice from them, an elderly family member, a friend, your parents.. etc.

If the matter that needs your decision is as you said major & concerning your live changing destiny, you don't really much care about either to even consider throwing a coin. Since you don't care a damn, why not?

Not if it's a major decision. What is the outcome of getting it wrong? What do gain by getting it right? If the result means losing your house or job or something as serious then I wouldn't rely on the toss of a coin. I think that research and advice from the right sort of people who have the experience or knowledge to give you sound advice is the way to go.

No the toss of a coin is too random and not enough to decide your destiny. You should instead write out the pros/ cons and then set the paper aside. Then, look at it with a fresh mind and make up your mind.

If you're not bothered what the outcome is then go ahead with your coin tossing. It would probably be a better decision to sit down and give the matter serious consideration.

No way! You really need to work this out by what you decide, not what an object, that knows nothing of the situation, decides. If you need help ask a friend or somebody who could help you work it out. But let it be your life, not the coin's.

So your concept is that democracy is high-quality except the persons vote for a Democrat? and then the answer is to call the election void and swap a coin to grant the pubs a "do over"? appears like your patriotism and perception in the form is going out the window in case you are not getting your way.

Yes, I have done so. And it was a mistake.
It is much better to come up with a decision on your own and commit to seeing it through. You take responsibility for your decisions and actions and are better able to deal with the consequences. When you flip your coin, you (or at least I) shrugged my shoulders and blamed it on the whims of fate.

No. You want two list side by side - pros and cons )for and against) Then you might see something that will sway it one way or the other. If both lists equal, then the coin it will have to be! Good luck either way!
