Gosh, aren't some of these answers ignorant! I bet they only wrote them to gain points.

Women's pelvic girdles are wider in relation to their height than men's. They are designed that way to enable them to give birth. The narrower hips of men enable them to run faster.
(I know that there are always exceptions, but consider the evoloutionary benefits to Normal men and women. The man hunts for food while the woman minds the family. Biologcally we're still Cave Men, it wasn't long ago in Earth terms.)

This means that pro-rata, their hip joints are further apart than a man (boy) of similar height and build.
The result is that females tend to 'swing from the hips' and males 'swing from the shoulders'.

Evolution has made men attracted to a nicely wiggly female bum because it indicates that she's capable of successfully bearing his children. This is something hard-wired into a normal man's brain (instinct) so he doesn't have to think about why he likes what he sees.
Modern women sometimes exaggerate the wiggle to attract a man but I bet that hardly any of them (or the men) actually know WHY it works.

Now you know why you like womens wiggly bottoms. Don't let the academic knowlege spoil your enjoyment.

I think its because women's legs are angled more at the sides of the hips and pelvis whereas men's legs come down straight from below the pelvis, like they are propping the pelvis up, which creates less wiggle. I read this somewhere so I don't know if its correct though!

Rounded hips forces the legs to move in toward each other when walking, and, with their extra juicy bottoms, makes them wiggle. I have a PHD in this subject.

They don't. I assume you are a hetero male so have never studied men's behinds as much as you have womens. Women's only wiggle more because they know it attracts us so they do it on purpose - they only wobble as much as ours if they don't know we are looking.

Women are built different. It is normal for them to walk that way.
