If she is in her early twenties, and she feels the same way about you then go for it. But if she is still in her teens she is not emotionally mature enough to know if she really loves you, and you might just be a father figure to her.

It depends on your situation. Are you married? Have kids?
This girl hasn't really lived or experienced life yet. You already have. That can create quite an imbalance (unless of course she has a 'daddy' fetish - which comes with it's own problems). It may not seem important now but issues will come up in 3, 5, or maybe 8 years that will be hard to overcome.
A large age difference is very different when you are dealing with a 22 yr. old vs. a 38 yr. old and say a 35 yr. old and a 51 yr. old. The 35 yr. old has had a chance to figure out what she wants out of life - the 22 yr. old is clueless (no matter how mature she seems in bed!). And issues that don't seem to be important at 22 may be huge when she turns 30 or 40 and is full of regret or feels like she's missed out on life. Most older men that have dated 18 - 28 yr. old girls will tell you that, other than sex appeal, there is really nothing of substance to take over once the infatuation/novelty has worn off. Maturity comes with time and experience.
Either work things out with your wife (if this applies) or find someone closer to your own age and experience.

I am 23 and my husband is 47. We have a 24 year age difference. If she is under 18, off limits. If she is over 18, I think love knows no age. It's difficult but it can be worked through. Maturity plays a big factor.

Well, at least you have concern. If she is of age at least, and she loves you as well, then GOOD FOR THE BOTH OF YOU! I just answered a question similar to yours right before this... It angers me to see and hear people comment about a couple's difference in age. If you love each other that is all that matters.
Good luck and have a great day.

You did not say how younger the girl was so no-
one can give you an honest opinion.

If she is 18 or over then you can do whatever you want...
If she is less than 18, check your local state laws..

From my own experiece: stay away; stay far away. It may seem appealing right now, but when the immaturity factor and self-centeredness kicks in, trust me - you'll be miserable.
