We are planning to use fabric reusable nappies for our baby, but we are really confused as to which is the best one to go with. We want to use a one size birth to potty nappy, and have discovered 'onelife cotton nappies,' which seem to be really good? We would love to hear from anybody who has, or is using them, and what they think about them. Also if you know of another system that is good. Many thanks.

i use popolinie but there is also cotton bottoms they are all as good as each other i found the easiest ones to use are the all in one nappies that are pre shaped and have poppers or Velcro they also have booster pads inside them i have also tryed the terry towelling ones these are a bit more time consuming and fiddly as you have to fold them yourself it is all down to how much time you want to spend cleaning them i am a mum of 4 so the all in one systems are great on saving time if you are in England it is also worth ringing your local council as some offer you help with buying and cleaning of nappies either way good look with using them you can look on the web at a site called thenappielady.com this is a very use full site

Zorbet Gold label terry towelling nappies used to be the best, They will last you for years, good absorbant quality .

Use them with a disposable nappy liner to prevent nappies staining .

The Nappy Company do a hire and laundry service. They come and pick up your soiled ones, leave you fresh ones on a weekly basis

i used terry towel nappies for my son, they are easy to fold and grow with your child, they disinfect and wash really easily, and the best bit is you don't have to use safety pins anymore. there are plastic grippers that work really well, you can buy them in good chemists. Take my advise and look around for the best prices as mother care are expensive and not that good quality! My son is two now and the nappies are still going strong. Its well worth while doing for the cost alone well done you for ginving it a go x
