☼ It's doesn't have to. But I never have mine matching. Right now I have this really translucent pink on my fingernails and this almost white greenish-blue on my toenails. But I would always have something that "goes together". meaning that they compliment each other, but they don't match. Like I would never put yellow on my fingernails and red on my toenails. Can we say mustard and ketchup? But I would match my toenails and fingernails if I liked it. It's not ugly, I just like to have a mix of colors cause I can never decide what one I like best. It's really up to you. Do whatever you want. Either way is nice. ☼

I like to compliment my nail polish so I don't usually use the same colors for my feet and hands. For example a nice red nail polish on the hands would compliment a bluer nail polish on my feet.

For fashion advice, it does not need to match, but finger/toenail polish should look good next to eachother.
For instance, dark blue on hand, and light blue on toes is not bad :]

yes of course i mean you dont wanna wear a black top with black nail polish on your finger nails and a red bottom with red toe nail polish

No way! But - i guess it depends on what type of person you are and what event you are going to! If you are going to a wedding or something fancy where it would be NICE if you match - i would! But if you are just fooling around - no way! Sometimes i even paint all my fingers and toes different colors! But that just shows what kind of person I am. And i might NOT be you!

Nope!!! You will end up looking like a hooker! Darker on the toes and lighter on the fingers and preferably clear to show of healthily nails!!

I would say yea i would definetly not clash but i think you should get for the fingernails wite and for the toe nails pink.

No. Toenail polish is where I use the fun shades - aquas, etc.

first things first, do YOU like them to match??? if you do then yes they should match. if you don't then no they don't. it is entiraly up to you. my nails are french manicure, as always, and my toe nails are glow in the dark purple.....no seriouslly they glow in the dark. yup.

Mine don't my finger nails are pink and my toenails are purple!
