paper has been plagiarism or its a prewritten paper? I was told that there is such website that a teacher can check to see if the paper has been done in such a way.

Yes, there is.
I don't remember the exact site but when you hit college, you may be required to e-mail your teacher's your papers and they can simply run it through that site. The site is smarter than you think, it will pick up on similarities even if you switch words around.
I'm glad it exists; I hate plagiarism.
