You will be awarded your divorce on grounds of abdonment. Since there are probably no children, there will be no child custody or support to worry about. Whatever marital property there is will become yours to do whatever you please with. The only problem I see is that any monetary items awarded you will be hard to collect unless he shows up someday and any maritaldebt will become totally yours as the bill collectors can collect from him. You have no choice here but to move on since the loser left you and you cant wait forever for him so youre doing the right thing and moving on with your life. Good luck

Your lucky you don't have children, this way it is much easier. You also don't have much of a history with him.
I had 7 children when I got divorced, so count your lucky stars.
Even though it hurts, but you will get over it. It took me about 3 years to get over my divorce even though I left him. But I felt bad that I had broken up a family, I had been married 20 years. I should have divorced him after our first child who was born 10 months after we were married.

Make sure that he gets only what he took and everything else is awarded to you. If in the future he should contact you, tell him you have no idea who is he and walk away. Many women out there would not hesitate to give him a swift kick in the butt.

does not count the place they get married. US contitution 14th modification provides finished faith and credit clause, so however if it particularly is legal in yet another state, it particularly is going to be legal in the state that they actually stay. as quickly as the record for divorce, it particularly is going to be in the State that they actually stay (ie. Texas), alimony is spousal help. lower back, its based on the dimensions of your marriage, earnings of the events, cohabitation, etc. you may ask for it, courtroom considers all those factors.

36 days....WOW.....I would n't call this a marriage, maybe a bad dream. Make sure you file divorce first, then he will be the defendant and have to example his actions. Good Luck

That's what spell checker is for, try sounding out your words you don't even come close. I feel your right in going for the divorce, he obviously could care less.

um if you have a kid..
wow.
that sometimes can get out of hand, with the battle for custody. my parents got divorced and it was whacked out and they still like hate each other, but to me its easier getting divorced when you have no kids most of the time
