I don't believe there is one difinitive book on it. Healthboards is a good place to start, but if you really want to learn about menopause, keep researching. New things about it are being discovered and old outdated information is being discarded so you can't rely on one book to have all the information you need.

I don't know much about menopause, but the book I am reading about fertility (Taking charge of your Fertility by Tony Weschler) has a really big section on Menopause which is really good.
