Go to the vet. Seems pretty obvious.

In many places, animal cruelty laws make it a crime to with hold medical care from an obviously sick or injured animal that you own. No to mention your conscience should be telling you to do something.

How would you like it if you had something wrong with your leg, and it was getting more and more painful, and no one took you to have it checked or fixed.

If it's your cat, it's your responsibility. If you can't take care of it, take it to a shelter and give it up. They will take care of it and find it a home with people who care enough to give it proper medical care.

It's not a stuffed animal or a toy, it's a living thing and you took on the responsibility of caring for it.

And don't listen to the breeders. Animal breeders and the lowest form of scum. Dealing in lives for money. Breeding animals in horrible conditions. and (obviously) no training in animal care or medical skills.

Sounds like an infection in a paw. Maybe from a fight.
Gently check it out. Your cat may have just stepped in a thorn, glass or something simple. Cats are strong. It should heal

If she's young it could be growing pains but, if she is old it couls be very serious and you should see the vet about it.
