My Dad having to tell me that my Mum had died, he didn't have the strength to tell me how it happened and I had to find out from a friend. Her physco ex boyfriend shot her and her friend even though she had an injunction ion him. My poor Dad couldn't find the words to tell a 16 year old girl that her Mum was murdered. That was the most surreal day of my life, I still can't believe it actually happened, even though it was almost 19 years ago, I remember every detail.
The other worst thing was both her parents dying within months, they couldn't deal with outliving their daughter.
Still, I got through it and my experiences have made me a better person today!!!

Losing the job I loved doing, which was a pizza chef back in 2003, due to incompetent managment spending company money on things that didn't need doing or on things we didn't need, and my life has not been the same since.

For me, when my grandmother died and broke up with my ex (I was still in love with him).
P.S. Sincerely, if your worst experiences are when you broke a leg or to have an argument or you're lucky or very positive!

my dad threatened me that he would kill me when i was in elementary school. i'm serious. he actually held me and leaned me out the window. we lived on the 14th floor, and he was(no, is) a very unpredictable man. he was shouting and for a minute i actually thought he was going to let go. and the worst thing was, my mom was there just calmly watching it. never blinked an eye, just had her "i-dont-care" face on.
that hurt.

I try to not dwell too much on the negative anymore. It just brings you down.... I can say today that I was really looking forward to talking to someone and I slept through my opportunity. That was no fun!

My ol' man passed away when I was 16. He had a lot left to teach me. I had a lot of things to learn on my own.
