Okay I'm 18 and I start my new job tomorrow it's at a fast food resturaunt. I have previously had a fast food resturaunt job but, I quit that one because I couldn't handle the cash register and people just make me nervous in general. Do you have any tips on what I should do because I don't want to have another failed job and I don't want to be stuck with my parents all my life. Help!

Pebble. Good luck with your new job.. Fast food work is tough work, but it is good experience.. It is challenging however if people make you nervous.. But a good counter person is one who is able to take things a bit lighter-- realize that the people in line are there to pay for their food and get out-- and give them what they want. If your primary focus is on fear of failure often that is enough to make you nervous. You won't be stuck with your parents all your life, because you seem to be conscientious and want to make a difference. Trust that the right job is out there for you and learn from each opportunity what you want to do, and head in that direction!

Good luck!
