yes, at least I grew after 16...I am in my 20's now and a respectable 5'10 and as far as I know done growing!

of course. i started growing in height at the age of 16. my friend, a female, started growing when she was 17.. never stop hoping. that would help.. :)

You will have a chance to grow until you're eighteen. If y0u are hoping to grow more, improve your diet. More protein, more beef. Ask your doctor if it is all right for you take Vitamin B complex. It might help you to grow a little bit more. And the best part? Exercise, especially stretching your muscles.

Ask your mom or if you have a sister ask her when she stopped growing. Chances are you'll be within a year of that. Most girls stop growing between 14 and 17.

I didn't grow from 17-19, then shot up another inch at age 19...making me a mere 5'11
Check with your family history if it's possible.
Talk with your doctor if your concerened...there are specialists (endocrinologists)

Of course. But you prolly wont grow much more. So hope your happy the way you are. I havent grown much since the 9th grade.
