Sad part is that he is doing nothing different from all political representatives and the display of hypocracy and slipshod management of their office or position based on the monetary gain paid for the decision asked. It has got to be hard to determine what to do with a situation since they only react to situations with the highest dollar value.

I find it comical how the media has latched on to this story and are trying to make political points for the democrats. Under the clinton administration, and janet reno, they fired 92 of the 93 attorney's working for the justice dept. where was the media outrage then. I wish that the media would just report the news, and leave the politics to public radio, and rush and shaun.

He should resign not just because he lied to congress, but because he's stupid. He lied about something that there was written proof that could unmask his lies. That's just incompetent. Don't leave a paper trail if you expect to get away with a lie. So I think he should resign for incompetence.

He fired qualified attorneys because they did not support the Repubs agenda to prosecute Dems but not Repubs. Then he lied about it. That is grounds for dismissal.
