what do you think people should have in their handbags? and what do you have in yours?

A gentleman never carries a handbag. But if I did I would carry lots of assorted objects and bring it to my class. We could name then, give then a purpose, an alternative purpose, use them in some way and argue how they could be improved. Ideas are endless. I am beginning to think handbags may have their purpose for males.

What most women carry in their handbags is the basics like a phone, maybe some sun glasses, tissues, pen or pencils and a note pad!

I have everything organized into different places.
Black make-up bag: Feminine products, pens, pencils, gum, hand sanitizer, a small handsoap, a compact mirror, an eraser, band-aids, etc.
Purple make-up bag: Make-up!
I also have: hand lotion, keys, cell phone, wallet, coin purse, tissues, gloves, and sunglasses.
I usually don't bring all of it, though. I pick and choose what I need and what will fit into the purse I am going to use.

Some people carry what's necessary, others just carry whatever the heck will fit in there haha. I carry; my cell phone, wallet, keys, chapstick, 2-3 hair clips/hair ties, a pen, gum, a tampon, sunglasses, & sometimes my camera.

Wallet with: pen, checkbook, cash, credit cards, debit cards, drivers license. Make up bag with: lip gloss, lip stick, mascara, mirror, feminine products and body spray. Pocket calendar,keys, cell phone, gum/mints, and hand sanitizer. If the kids are with me: two diapers, plastic bag with wipes, and pack of pretzels or graham cracker stix. I carry a pretty big bag.

Not a lot. I like to keep it light. I carry coupons, credit cards and cash, pictures of grandkids, chap stick, dental floss, medical card, driver's license, cell phone.

not a lot really, i just use it for fashion and to keep my wallet in so i dont have it bulging out of my pocket i dont need to carry a billion things in it. sometimes i have a water bottle

Tampons
Library Books
Money
Sodas
Home work
Protractor
And try to fit all of that in one tiny purse from Aeropostle
I say people should just carry what they feel like to carry

and i think women should carry
wallet, cell phone, make up, notepad, pen, pepper spread, and the you-know-whats! lol
