its more for fun than anything & to help others out with a proublem. the points are braging rights & they just sent us some nice gifts the first of the year, based on you level. #6 recieved a coffee mug & #7 recieved a jacket. pretty nice from a site thats free to use.

you don't get points if someone answers your question, however, you get a bonus of 10 points if someone chooses your answer as a best answer. I think the points are used for a ranking system, where so many points equals a level. that way you can tell how smart or how dumb a person is by how many points he has. more points means he's answered more, fewer points means he's asked more.

Good question...LOL I don't know. Mainly our lives are boring and we have nothing else to do. haha Like today is a Sunday morning...nothings on TV, already been on MySpace for an hour, everything's closed except Wal Mart which is really boring and fast food places but they just make you obese...therefore, I am left with Yahoo Answers!! haha My life is really boring. :)

nicely, there is not any economic income. yet, it rather is relaxing to income factors and attain the subsequent point. the better the point, the greater privileges you acquire. you're actually not constrained to answering " X " volume of questions consistent with day.
