feel free to critiqe it to!

Only he who lies in darkness
ever starts the fire
While those who wait in light
stop to quell the pyre
But those who stand in twilight
neither burn nor water down
and either perish in the fire
or fizzle up and drown
Caus' men of gray in shades of black
are the heros of the end
And only angles never men
have beginings here to send

thanks!

"Shades of Black"

That's one of my fav lines in the poem. Interesting phrases found in a poem always make good titles.

By the way, there are some typos.
*line 9: caus' should be 'cause
*line 11: angles should be angels (if that was what you were talking about)

I like this poem, especially lines 9-12
good titles could come from those lines:

Men of Grey

Shades of Black

Heroes of the End

Only Angels

Beginings

Or since a lot of this poem is written in "common metre", how about:

A Song for Darkness
