When I have looked at CV's to appoint people as teaching assistants and to select candidates for a primary school headship I look for a balance. Obviously you want the relevant qualifications and specific experience but after that you are looking for someone who has done a range of job-related voluntary work (ie you're showing you are genuinely interested in the work and will not just work 9am until 3pm or whatever the official hours might be), so relevant or related clubs or societies that you have run or have been part of, and voluntary work in your field of work would be applicable here. Then I am looking for someone who has a good work-life balance and has a range of interests outside of the job for which I'm considering them. I want someone who quite clearly has a full and active life outside of work and it would encourage me to see interests/activities here which involve others (ie belonging to sports clubs/teams, running a village group or committee, etc) as virtually every job involves working effectively with other people so you need to demonstrate that you're not a loner and can work as part of a team. Activities which demonstrate you have organisational skills and have demonstrated leadership skills should definitely be included here (ie "positions of responsibility.") Hope this helps. (NB Despite the name I am a Primary School Teacher - the bees are a sideline...)

Examples of voluntary work is a good one, and also interests and hobbies.

But make sure all your spelling and grammar is correct on your CV as if your question is anything to go by, it's not your strong point!!
