I read that book for school I hated it anyway I had a summary to the whole book but my teacher didn't give it back,sorry.

Back when I was in grade school, I had trouble comprehending books so I watched the movies.
It is sad that kids nowadays need help comprehending movies.
You do know that a simple Google or Yahoo search of A Separate Peace will get you a decent summary of the whole book but then that requires reading.

Wow i had to read that book last year.. I all i remember is that it was a boarding school all boys and that the main character and his friends all went and their was a war going on at the time.. In the beginning of the story they main character is soo jealous of his bestfriend because he is an absolute monster at sports and pushes him out of this large tree when they were meant o be jumping into a lake.. the bestfriend breaks his leg and later in the story when they grow up the bf wants the main character to play sports and become olympic for him.. Only until the end does the bf learn the truth of what really happened on the tree. O yea and one of his friends like lepper or sumthin went to the army but was crazy and got like a section 8 or sumthin like that which means ur crazy and he rean away from the army.. Thats all i remember.. Hope it helps!!!!!!
