They have a lot of animal science programs at Utah State. They are an Agricultural school, so they mostly deal with livestock, otherwise no.

"veterinarian studies" is not really a major. Most people who want to enter veterinary school study something like biology or animal science, and follow a sequence of courses labeled "pre-vet" by their college. Any large university will have the resources to help you apply to veterinary school.

There are only 27 veterinary schools in the U.S., and none in Utah. State schools tend to give preference to in-state students, but Utah has an arrangement with out-of-state colleges to guarantee a small number of spots for Utah residents. Those are guaranteed spots--there are also spots that "up for grabs" for anyone from any state.

Utah State has a dedicated Animal Science program. At Utah, you'd major in biology.

Weber State has a pre-vet program, including a Zoology degree.

Ask a department head at each school what percentage of graduates are accepted to veterinary school each year.

Good luck.

I doubt it. In Utah they frown on veterinarians because they believe that animals are only made for killing, on the two days of the annual state holiday, "Hunt 'n kill".
