never EVER stop taking a medicine that is prescribed to you... ONLY do it IF your doctor says so
the side affects of going cold turkey -(stop taking)- can include headaches, throwing up, and even seizures

Yes, you get something like a hangover where you feel like puking, and unless you keep your head reeally still, it will feel like your brain is hitting against your skull. It's really horrible. This happens with SSRIs too, like Paxil. Usually after missing one day the nausea and head ache begins. Once you take another pill though, it feels like normal.

STILL, I take Effexor XR for anxiety and it REALLY works. I love it and I have taken it since 2002. It works on serotonin and norepenephrine so it's a bit different than Paxil and other SSRIs that only work on serotonin (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors).

If you have depressive symptoms like you don't want to do anything, or are crying all the time, or have suffered trauma and continue to feel guilty, then Effexor may help at low doses like 75 mg to 150 mg. Otherwise, for anxiety, the doses are higher. Good luck and talk to your doctor!

that's beneficial to learn out your blood stress to work out if that's too severe or too low. have you ever lost/won weight? I certainly have used Effexor for extra or less ten years. I certainly have constantly had a low blood stress, and that i regularly sense dizzy/foggy when I get up abruptly. additionally, if there have been adjustments on your life it could have an result it extremely isn't certainly drug-appropriate. I propose seeing your surgeon. Your indicators might properly be innocuous, yet you will possibly desire to verify them out in case there is a few uncommon area-result or a contraindication. good success!
