I miss them very much , there used to be many in my area and all have been gone for many years. I have many fond memories at the drive - in . I think if one constructed a new one now in my area it would really get a ton of business in spite of all the indoor theaters .

We never watched the movies....and I was too loud and distracting for others to enjoy the movie.....
On second thought.....yea, I miss the heck out of drive-in theaters.

I liked it when my girls were little if they got tired they went to sleep, and I still got to watch the movie. But now I have been spoiled to the air conditioned or heated theaters and its much more comfortableâ¥

There are two drive ins that are not far from me. I used to love
to go to the drive in. Its so sad that so many of them closed and were turned into apartment complexes, parking lots and
buildings.

You just got me there they have torn down the 2 in my city!! I worked for one when it was a swap meet best time in my life!! I miss them so much ah the days when you could sit outside with an ice chest and friends those are the good times for sure ;o) Great question thanks for asking it ;o)

Nope - still go to them. There is actually one about a mile from my house. I only started going to them in the past couple of years or so.

We have one where I live, It should be opening for the season soon. Cant wait to take the kids, it's always a good time.
