St. Joseph, you should be able to purchase one at a forsale by owners store or a religous store. I hear good things about them. I have used it for two houses. Didn't sell fast but did sell for more than going market.

Yes, it's St. Joseph! I was a skeptic about it at first. Our house had been on the market for 2 @1/2 years. My dad's family always said it worked for them so we figured what the heck. FIVE days after burying him, the house was SOLD. We bought ours online in the kit. It tells you where and how to bury it. Good luck!

Ask you agent for the kit. When I had a home to sell my agent gave me a kit that is sold to brokers.
