I would like to advertise my business website. is there someone i can hire that can post to wikipedia for me? Not just in one place but everywhere. And furthermore, get my info onto popular blogs and other places where people can see them. I want to get it out there that this website exists and i want to hire someone to do it for me. this seems like it should be a job. but i dont know what it is called. any suggestions?

You are not supposed to (=should not) advertise your business on wikipedia. Even if you try - or hire someone - it'll be removed.
About blogs and forums: if you are into serious business you may find someone in the field who can refer to you on blogs and discussion forums. But it won't be easy and it's kind of unprofessional. However, the best way is, to have a really good website and then the word will spread naturally.
