Do you want to make a board from scratch or assemble a board from parts? If you want to do the latter,you can purchase parts on line or visit your local surf shop.

If you don't know how to use a jigsaw and a piece of ply wood combined with a bit of imagination then may be take up DIY classes and learn.
I made all my kid's skate boards from scratch, and i'm no carpenter.

what do you mean? you can make your own graphics for a blank deck which is easyer than make your own deck. but you usually have to ask for bulk say 20 at a time.
