It's going to be harder now to find Naruto episodes (or any anime, for that matter) on video sites. It seems YouTube has especially cracked down on anime episodes (e.g., uploads of Shippuuden episode 005 were only up for about 30 minutes before YouTube cleaned house).
I strongly urge you to give subtitles a shot. Viz Media is a lot better than 4Kids in terms of leaving anime as they are, but they still edit out some things, most notably blood. The dialog is also translated differently and some parts are even left out. When Yashamaru commits suicide, the original has him saying, "This is it. Please die." Viz edited out the "Please die" part, because they felt that an uncle saying that to his nephew was a bit too over the top. Support the Industry, buy the DVD's.
Get a job or ask your parents for money if you can't. Ask for Gift Certificates to the stores that carry the DVDs for the next gift-giving holiday you celebrate or your birthday. If both are too far, just watch the show on Cartoon Network, and record it on your VCR, DVR, TiVo, or whatever if you can.
