I don't actually believe in them, but I have had one. It was really sad, actually. We started off going for online pizza, then we went on an online cruise together, then we went to a really popular online restaurant where he proposed to me with a shiny online ring. I said yes, of course, and we adopted 2 kids. Glittergrl87 and Sk8rgrl. Then, he just dissapeared. Without a divorce or anything. I put him on my block list, and I became a single online mother. Jeez, that was hard! I watched my children grow in their online life. I fed them online food in our online kithcen, and I had an online job that paid minimum online buckaroos. Then, one day, Glittergrl87 went to colledge. Now, I only see her on holidays. Sk8rgrl ran away after her father left (Paparichino09876544321). I am heartbroken, although this experiance has taught me how to manage children and how nervous a first date can be, I am still sad, this seemed too real. I don't believe in them, which is really weird, because I had an online marriage at 15!

Yes, there are lots of people to meet here in the wired, others can be friendly, though some friendships usually are fleeting ( short term friendships), others are rude, or fakes, but other sare helpful too and well mannered. Its a matter of being careful and courteous in choosing because the wired is a dangerous place to make friends.

considering the fact that less info is transferred in written speech than by other cues...what is the point in chatting ....
I personally think chatting more like talking to a machine than talking to a real person ....
there is a lot of imagination involved and you end up talking to yourself and your emotional needs

I've been looking for an e-mail pal.
Just someone to talk to whenever you know?
Just to converse.
Had one before, it's easier to vent to people through e-mail.
My e-mails on my page if you'd ever like too.
