When ever i get an incoming call it just says unknown number. Even when i have the numbers stored in my contacts. How do i get my phone to show who's calling. its really annoying me as someone keeps ringing me and i dnt know who it is. please help me its driving me mad xx

call your network provider and they can text an update to you, as soon as this is done and you have followed their instructions then numbers/names will show when you are called, i dont this is to do with settings as this is usually the network not handest

1) Maybe the caller is hiding their number when calling you.
2) Maybe your phone might need to be reset by the system.

You will have to go into your settings and activate your caller i d.on incoming calls.

DID U ACTIVEAT THAT FEATURE WITH YOUR PHONE PERVIDER WHEN U ACTIVED THE PHONE IF NOT THEN THATS WHATS WORG U NEED TO ACTIVAT THE CALLER ID SVER

your settings on your phone will tell you how to activate on or off
