I looked for the avatar of Lazarus after he was brought back to life from the dead to use, but I could not find it. I will look further, and if I'm lucky, I'll find the avatar of God, He is depicted as an old man too.

Yeah I don't think it is the peoples fault on that one. I don't think we have the ability to add age or many other characteristics for that matter, to these avatars. I just think you are going to have to deal with it.
