You will have a great time.
here are a couple of lists of all the activities/attractions in LV, many of them are free.

A few things you can do to entertain a 19 MO
The Fountains of Bellagio
Fremont street Experience
Shopping
The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace >Has stores like FAO Schwarz, Disney, Warner Bros, the stuffed animals at FAO are incredible, and some of the small and mid size ones are very reasonable(even for a cheap guy like me)
The Lion Habitat at MGM is really cool, for one thing they have handlers in with the lions to keep them active and for another they allow you to have your photo taken with a lion cub. This is very cute.
At the Rio they have a free show called the Masquerade Show in the Sky it's a very good show with lots of action plus the kids can dress up and ride along for a fee
The Lied Childrens Discovery Museum is the world's fourth largest childrens museum, with a hundred or so hands on exhibits. The hands on part should suit a 19 MO. Cost is $7 for adults and $6 for kids under 17 - I don't know if they have a free age, you could call and ask 1-702-382-3445
M & M World is free and they have a cute little movie about how M & M's are made
I would suggest the free show "Sunset Stampede" at Sam's Town but I'm afraid the Wolf might scare the little one. The Mystic falls area at Sam's Town is quite nice though. Show at 2-6-8-10pm the later shows are better, the Lasers show up better after dark.
There are street performers in St. Marks Square, which is located in the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. This one is very entertaining and takes place from Noon-6pm daily on the hour. 702-733-5000
Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden & Dolphin Habitat - it was $10 for kids and $15 for adults the last time we went. 702-791-7188
We like to eat at the buffets, for the variety. These are my favorites for great food and good value
Main Street Station
Boulder Station
Orleans
Palace Station
The Mirage has the best buffet in LV but, it's high in comparison.
This site will give you up to date info on, buffets, meal deals, graveyard specials, free hotel shuttles, etc

For indoor playgrounds try Kids Quest at Boulder station or Kids Tyme at Orleans(have to be potty trained)

Las Vegas is probably the most fascinating and entertaining town on earth and with hotelbye you will find out more. Nowhere otherwise in the world you will find a city that's all the travel amenities that just a complete resort destination can offer: lavish casino accommodations, fine food, amazing stay entertainment and state-of-the artwork meeting and business show facilities. Las Vegas is surely a spectacular town and precisely what you'd assume from a world-class metropolis, and more, is below for the journey pleasure. One of many places you must visit in Las Vegas may be the Fremont Street, a pedestrian area with all kinds of unique sites.

The Fashion Show Mall (within walking distance from the Mirage) will have the bunny and I would assume some other activities. There are parks but nowhere near the strip. The best one is called Desert Breeze.
Lots of casinos have what is called Kids Tyme *I believe its spelled incorrectly like that* and its like a daycare facility for the wee ones. Parents love it as it gives them an opportunity to gamble, etc.
Your child might enjoy the tigers at the Mirage and their pool. There is the Star Trek experience at the Hilton, Adventuredome and midway at Circus Circus. The M&M World located next to the MGM is a favorite amongst kids as is the Excalibur.
Your child is still young so I bet he/she will enjoy the scenery and being with the parents.

Near your hotel on the strip is the M & M factory which all kids like. Might be a bit chilly for the pools in early April. I've listed a website below that has a lot of children's activities, but you'll have to review each in a bit more detail to see what will be appropriate for your child.

Don't bring your kid to vegas, lady. No one wants to have to dodge your friggen stroller through the crowds. Your child won't remember or enjoy it and doesn't need to be breathing in all that smoke and pissing in the pool. I can't think of anything more depressing than Easter Sunday in a casino. BTW, The Hotel is at Mandalay Bay not Mirage. Leave the kid at home... for all of us baby.

remember the good old days when vegas was about booze and gambling and strippers, and there weren't whiny snot-nosed kids everywhere, annoying the crap out of everyone? Are there no adult-only sanctuaries left?

agreed.
WHY DO YOU PEOPLE INSIST ON BRINGING YOUR BRATTY KIDS TO LV, AND SPOILING THE FUN FOR EVERYONE ELSE?
if you want to vaca with your kiddies, go to disneyland. taking a toddler to vegas only accomplishes two things: proving your a shitty parent, and making the rest of us listen to your little brat scream and whine becuase youve been dragging him around in hot sun and kid-unfriendly places.
