Have him take a shower first. If you suggest it to him as foreplay, he will think that you are a wild woman and never know that he smells really gross.

A man normally sweats more than a female. And throughout the day yes he sweats in and around his genitals. Boxers seem to help a bit with allowing more air to the area, thus less sweat. If he really wants a BJ he'll clean up first. It's only common courtesy. Explain to him your feelings about cleanliness, or invite him into the shower with you. Get kinky and give him a BJ but clean him at the same time. I'm sure he'll really be into it.

I dont know the answer, but I can relate. I had an exboyfriend with this problem. Even right out of the shower he smelled so bad down there. Totally grossed me out.

The smell is from him sweating during the day. Any place where there is skin to skin contact is going to accumulate a smell during the day. That's why we wear deodorant under our arms. The groin is the same way.

he is a nasty bastard...I have never smelled like B.O unless I haven't showered...and keeping the pubic area clean shaved will help..I take a shower and clip my nails and shave before going over to Gloria's for sex...tell him to clean himself more often...
