my blood pressure was 88 over 52 last week when it was taken! it's always been low and i get told it's better than being high, it means less lijkely to have a stroke but may feel light headed at times

I have blood pressure that is always low like 92/54 and was just at my heart doctors office about it. He said it's better to have low than high. I also had a stress test done and came out with flying colors. So, I would say don't be alarmed, your blood pressure will vary depending on what you are doing. You should talk with your Doctor though to make sure since you are diabetic and on medication and especially since I didn't go to medical school. Good luck, take care.

I also have high blood pressure . I have dropped mine by taking my medication Adulat and Atenol , to improve the lowering further I take calcium and Magnesium , this drops my hirer blood pressure by 10 points really rather good .

I think your reading is rather good , But don't be fooled if you use a wrist monitor you must make sure that your wrist is touching your shoulder and don't talk or be active during the process

low blood pressure is not that much of a problem by itself, but if you have diabetes you should go see a doctor right away

I'd go and see your doctor as low blood pressure isn't good!

that is pretty low...how do you feel? dizzy, lightheaded..gunna pass out? If so..call your Doc . Try a bit of sodium like V8 juice and recheck it in about 20 min.
