1. Raise the front of the vehicle & place on jack stands
2. Remove tires
3. Remove callipers by removing the allen keyed bolts on the rear side
4. Remove the dust cap
5. Remove the cotter pin
6. Remove the nut & washer
7. Remove the rotor. Be careful not to drop the outer bearing.
8. Place the rotor on two pieces of 2X4
9. With a brass drift punch, tap out inner bearing.
10. Wash bearings & inside of hub in solvent (not gasoline)
11. Blow dry with compressed air. Do not allow the bearing to spin.
12. Inspect the bearings for discoloration & scaring.
13. Repack the bearing with high temperature wheel bearing grease.
14. Apply a liberal amount of grease to the inside of the hub
15. Insert inner bearing along with a new seal
16. Slide rotor onto spindle
17. Install outer bearing
18. Install washer & nut. Tighten the nut tight. Spin the rotor a couple of revolutions.
19. Loosen nut. Tighten so the nut contacts the bearing. Check the rotor has no movement within the bearings. Should spin freely.
20. Insert the cotter pin & bend slightl
21. Insert dust cover

CALLIPER

1. Remove the cap on the master cyl
2. With a large C Clamp compress the calliper piston. Should compress easily or replace them both.
3. Install the new pads & callipers.
4. Depress the brake pedal a couple of times to seat the pads

GOOD LUCK
