In USA, how come you can star in a porno film with 18 years old but can only drink when you´re 21?

Very interesting. I do not know the answer, but I understand the question. It does not make a lot of sense. One that I always wondered about is this...How is it that a man can serve in the military and even go off to war at age 18, but he cannot legally drink a beer? Does not make any sense to me.

Same reason you can get a license to drive at 16 but can't rent a vehicle until you're 25. That's how the regulations shook out.

The 21 drinking age is intended, in part, to keep alcohol out of high schools. It's also based on the observation - as in decades of painful experience - that most 18-year olds outside a structured environment simply do not handle alcohol responsibly.

i've never thought about it, but that doesn't seem right. you can't drink or bet until 21 when you are supposedly going to have a better head about you, but you can choose to show all your goodies at the tender ago of 18 and that is a sound decision???

Haha, thanks for the laugh and I have no clue. Supposedly there is some random state/city that lets people drink at 18. I'm not sure though.
