I don't understand your budget comment "4.5lacs".
You probably are looking for a used jeep.

Most Jeeps (by Daimler Chrysler's Jeep division, or, if they are really old, AMC (American Motors Corporation)) have removable tops.

The Land Rover Defender 90 also had a removable top.

Many old Willys jeeps have open tops as well.
