Whats a foundation for very pale skin, That I can find at wal mart?

try covergirl whipped foundation in ivory which is the lightest color.

Try the lightest shade (#1 or #2 depending on your skin tones- cool or warm) in Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse foundation- it has a great texture/quality and you can layer the product to build coverage without getting that dreaded caked look! It is a great steal at only $5! I heard a lot of hype about Maybelline's Pure Makeup line and bought one for myself, but to me it seems sheer like a tinted moisturizer...but you can try it out for yourself! You can also try L'Oreal True Match foundation, with its wide range of shades, there is bound to be one that matches your skin tone; or Neutrogena Healthy Skin Defense, which also comes in a wide range of shades. Both are priced around $10 and have great quality. You may also want to look at Cover Girl TruBlend foundation or Almay's nearly naked touchpad foundation (I have heard a bunch of good reviews...). maybelline matte dream mousse. remember you can try products on and even take product samples home from more high end stores. you can never be too careful when it comes to makeup because it deals with skin. if you find a cheap brand tha t doesn't irritate your skin and functions properly then congratulations but here are other safer brands to try:
Clinique
MAC
Laura Mercier
Bobbi Brown
ID Bare Minerals

They are quite pricey but at least they work well. Try on something and ask for a sample. Check it out and canvass the different types.
