He hasn't worn it for the last 2 games and it's such an old story so why don't they just get over it?

they want to find some way to emphasis the fact that they think he is such a warrior and battling for rebounds and taking a beating down low and how he has taken more free throws than anybody from UNC in the last 20 or 25 years...but hey at least he didn't pull a Rip Hamilton and continue to wear even though he doesn't need it

I love how it's all glorified that he even wore a mask, but better yet, that when he wore it his play was impacted hahah. Kentucky's Chuck Hayes wore one his senior year after his nose was actually BROKEN (not fractured) against Tennessee. You never heard him complain or do the good ol' dramatic "tearing off the mask". He just went out and threw up 15+ points against SEC opponents for a few weeks following. And that was more then his average.

Keeping your mouth shut and producing without complaint, now THAT's what should be called tough.

Because there are really no story lines in their games right now. They are going the whole way back to the 1984 or something national championship game. Just nothing left to talk about.

Your right. It is really old. If they make it to the final 4. it will be even more amazing. Its cool that he isn't wearin' the mask but come on! He's cute! ;)
GO HEELS!
