Neither has given indications that they intend, or are likely, to use such weapons in an irresponsible or frivolous manner. While Pakistan has certainly indicated that they *might* use nukes if their dispute with India gets out of hand; they have at least been willing to negotiate and work on less extreme resolutions. Similarly, while few doubt that Israel might use nukes if attacked, or in retaliation for a nuclear attack; even the Arab League knows that Israel will not start dropping them at random just for the dramatic effect.

Incidentally, 'fragmentation bombs' are *not* 'forbidden' in any meaningful sense. The atrocities regularly employed by Muslim extremists *ARE* forbidden by the same Geneva Conventions which are routinely (and falsely) invoked against the US and its allies, and just as routinely ignored by the likes of the IRC when used against civilized nations. I have to wonder what your motivation is in repeating jihadist lies for them.

1. How do you know Israel has nukes? Seen them yourself (or at least a test explosion)? Or do you rather blindly Arabs claiming so, together with a guy who claims Jews killed Kennedy? BTW, why do you think Arab states just kept crying around that Israel has nukes, but didn't try to obtain them themselves? Only now, seeing Iran going nuclear, Egypt, Saudis etc. talk about their own nuclear programmes.

2. Pakistani nukes are not secret, no more than India's. US supports Indian nuclear programme.

3. Israel and Pakistan are not signatories to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty. Iran is.

4. Israel never engaged in terror or took diplomats hostages, let alone threatened to wipe someone off the map. Iran did and does exactly that.

5. Israel did not use forbidden weapons in Lebanon. Cluster bombs are legal, the US uses them, too.

I can tell you one thing, There's no way the US is going to be imposing any sanctions againsy Israel thats for sure. Israel wouldn't even exist without the US gving them weapons and training their military.

Here's a little known truth. Did you know the US Shares more technological, military, and political secrets with Israel than we do with any other country? Including Japan, Canada, or even the UK.

Israel's "secret bombs" have been provided by the US of A since the late 60s.

The CIA also supplied SAM launchers to rebels in Afghanistan fighting against the Russians in the 1979-89 war there.
But as seen with the recent US conflict in Afghanistan, history can be ironic....
