I suspect you want a serious answer. Sublimation is best, which is finding a way to replace your feelings of hurt and loss. Take classes in something you've always wanted to do...sports or needlework/crafts/working out at a gym. Learn to paint or play an instrument. If you already know how, get it out and practice. Writing is a great thing to do. Start a journal, and you may have the great American novel. What helped me most in a similar situation was when I was MUCH younger and didn't have much furniture. I started collecting old pieces or furniture and refinishing them. I didn't know anything about it, so learning it was a challenge. You can work off a lot of anger and hurt, sanding an old piece of furniture. If you have time on your hands, volunteer to visit some elderly in a nursing home.

I agree with Jenny. Find some creative activity to do to keep your mind off your pain. I went through unrequited love and it hurt me, but once I started focusing more on activities I enjoy I have forgotten all about it.

I can only say from my own experience here on 360, even though I thought we were perfect...if that other person isn't interested...YOU HAVE TO MOVE ON.
After our first fight on Messenger we cut all ties...But in a foolish move I got things going again, only to find I couldn't contain my emotions for her. So after a few emails, we went our separate ways. It wasn't meant to be !
