Yahoo is an american based web provider. most people Know it as yahoo.
It is only known as Yahoo7 in australia because of it's affiliation with channel 7 a number of years ago.

If you are on the Australia site, it will definately read Yahoo7 Answers.
If you click on United States it will just read Yahoo Answers.
