I have golden brown hair, green-blue eyes, and fair skin. The eyeliner that I have is a Maybelline brown but it looks too light. I also use Maybelline Great Lash for mascara but it's very clumpy. When this runs out what should I try because I think I have the wrong shades for me. Help please!

try this:
tinted moisturizer: MAC tinted moisturizer with spf 15 or Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer
that way it gives you even skin tone, moisture and protection from the sun

Cheeks:
a bronzer: MAC Mineralize Skinfinish or creme color base
to give you more color instead of being pale.

or a matte coral blush: try Shu Uemura, MAC, Nars, Bobbi Brown or Laura Mercier(you can mix the bronzer an matte blush too)

Eyeshadow: Greens, Olives, Grey, Silver to bring out eye color try using MAC eyeshadow in Humid, Moss, Steamy and base them with a shimmery nude shadow.

Lashes: Maybelline XXL (the two sided one to create length and thickness) or Covergirl Greatlash. The best mascaras for me.

Eyeliner: Top of the eye try MAC Fluidliner in Blacktrack for a darker look and Dip Down for a more natural look. and pencil liner for lower lash line in a black or dark brown color

Lips: Nude pinks, Shimmery pinks, Pale pinks, nudes.

remember, makeup is used to enhance features and conceal flaws. overuse and misuse will make you look like a theatrical spectacle. to avoid this, practice a lot. try on other peoples makeup that way you will know what is great on you without even purchasing it. experiment, don't worry if it doesn't look great the first time. its washable...

For eyeliner, try a darker shade of brown, like brown-black.
You can also use a soft gray color or a black.

For Mascara, Try Volume exact mascara by CoverGirl.

Also, if you want to put eye shadow colors, apply a light green or purple shadow on your eyelid.

Not washing off makeup is VERY bad. Mascara/eyeliner will flake off and can get into your eyes at night, which will damage them. Just buy a makeup remover-there's tons at any drugstore, and most are under $10.

I recommend MAC, it may be a teensy bit expensve, but it's all WORTH IT.black mascara, and eyeliner works for nearly EVERYONE. Or actually, for your clumpy mascara, clean the wand before you use it to get the clumps out of it :")
