Well im 14 alomst 15 and the other day i went to my friends house with a couple of other fiends and we were wicked bord so we decided that we were gona drink(not enogh to get drunk but just a little just to exparnce it) well thats all we did was drink a coupel shots of rum and we wernt drunk just a little spased out.But i have this friend who i htought i could tell anyhting to and she would understand.Shes like a sister to me so i told her baout my expernce and she souded al right on the phone, but the next day she IMed me and she was very worried about me.SHe thinks that im to young and that i m goan get achol posing.I know i wont but shes being soooo over protected!!! why is she being this way, i tried to explane to her that we didnt drink alot!!

She's not being over protected she's just worried about you, she's not really scared that your gonna get alchoal poisioning she's scared that if you gave into Peer pressure about drinking then your gonna give into Peer pressure about other things bigger than drinking a few shots of Rum (sex, durgs, ect ect.) just sit her down and explain to her that you won't!

she is concerned because she cares and cherishes you and does not want anything wrong to happen to you.
anything can happen to you when you drink, even when you only get a buzz. first of, you are too young to be consuming any amount of alcohol, secondly everyone who has had an accident, or harmed themselves or others due to drinking started out with the same thought you have 'they can control the situation' no one thinks that they are going to be the ones to screw up.
sweetie, don't put yourself in such situation. anything could happen. you can have fun without doing things that can become deadly or harmful.
don't be mad at her, she cares for you. you have a good friend. she is doing what good friends do for each other, she worried and she told you how she feels and what could happen.

she may have lost someone really close to her from lets say a drunk driver, she may be worried she will lose you. you can get alcohol poisoning. and then maybe she lost someone to that. it is very dangerous to be drinking, no matter how much you drink you can still get alcohol poisoning. why don't you stop being a B***** and accept that your friend cares alot about you. just accept that she doesn't want to lose you. accept that she loves you like a sister and wants you to be safe.
rarely can you find a friend like that. i know because i have two because they are sisters and they care alot about me. I'm like their sister.

could you blame her, if not than imajane her drinking and who knows if she's ok? Think about it I'm not gonna lecture you, but she cares about you enough, that that is a good thing, oh and I think youy should listen to what she is saying, it could help, you would be on the same page. Good luck!

well i understand your point of view, but honestly it sounds to me like shes being a real good friend shes looking out for your safty .... i now safty? but ya she realy loves you and doesnt want anything bad to happen to you it sounds like!!!
