Hello 1940's people, A bit of a long shot this odd request (There IS a war on you know!) - but can anyone help with a source of staples for an old "VANGUARD" office stapler No.4A Got it recently from an antique centre, looks rather nice on my cluttered desk, finished in hammered blue paint & chrome. But without staples its just an ornament/paperweight! Staple size appears to be Imperial, i.e. 7/16" wide x 1/4" deep. (or perhaps 11mm x 7mm in new money!) Any help/advice gratefully received. Thanks. can also be reached via Mr. Alexander Bell's invention on: Birmingham HILlside 5080. - thats 0121-445 5080 in All-Figure-Numbers! PS. Did you know Vera Lynn was 86 yesterday! Belated Happy Birthday to our most famous forces sweetheart.
