"Losing an eye lash here and there happens to all of us. It is perfectly normal to lose one or two eyelashes. A new eye lash will grow back in the hair follicle and replace the old one. As a person ages their eyelashes tend to thin out, this is normal process. But, some people lose eye lashes in clumps and they do not grow back."
The latter has actually happened in real life to a model when her make-up artist was using eyelash curlers on her and ended up pulling a huge chunk of her eyelashes out. Ouch!

yes eyelashes like any other hair on the body are continuously growing and falling out!

Of course you can. Your eyelashes have been replaced far too many times to count since you were born.
Like all hair ...it falls out and is replaced in cycles.

You can't grow them long and plait them if that's what you mean lol
When the old ones fall out they are replaced by new ones, they must or you wouldn't have any by this stage. And you would be completely bald from head to foot!

Yes you grow eyelashes! your body does it all by itself, and if you look we (93.7%) of humans have little parasites living there! Look under a microscope, they will be there.
